The City Council is scheduled to meet on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of each month.  Typically a Study Session Meeting is held at 4:30 p.m. and the Regular Meeting is scheduled to begin at 6:30 p.m.  Meetings are open to the public and those interested are encouraged to attend.  City Council Meetings are also broadcast live on Channel 17 or can be viewed via the internet.

Guidelines for City Council Meeting related to COVID-19 

Pursuant to Executive Order N-29-20, Council Meetings may be conducted by teleconference and there will be no in-person public access to the meeting location. 

For Those that would like to comment please submit your public comment to the City Council electronically.  Material may be emailed to cityclerk@cathedralcity.gov.  Transmittal prior to the start of the meeting is required.  Any correspondence received during or after the meeting will be distributed to the City Council and retained for the official record.

You may provide telephonic comments by calling the City Clerk’s Office at (760) 770-0322 no later than 4:30 p.m. to be added to the public comment queue.  At the appropriate time, a staff member will call you so that you may provide your public testimony to the City Council.

Please take note, all comments whether verbal or written will be limited to 3 minutes.  Once the three minutes have expired the comments will end.
