The City of Cathedral City is excited to introduce Citizen Self Service, our new online permitting and licensing system. This easy-to-use portal gives residents and business owners access to city services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

With "CSS", you can submit applications, renew licenses, upload plans for digital review, pay invoices, receive permits or licenses, and schedule inspections—all in one convenient place.

To get started, please review the How-To Guides below. These guides will help you set up your account and apply for or manage a permit, plan, or license.
