Department Summary

The Building Department issues building permits, performs plan checks and does inspections on all building construction, additions and alterations to assure compliance with current Building Codes, Riverside County ordinances and State and Federal laws.

NOTICE: UPCOMING FEE CHANGES

Resolution No. 2017-37, was adopted and approved on July 26, 2017. The following fees will be effective on October 9, 2017

  • HVAC - change-out/new system     $195.00  per system
  • MSP-electrical main service panel   $195.00 per panel
  • Water Heater   $150.00
  • Temporary Power Pole  $150.00
  • Sewer Connection  $270.00
