The Committee reviews the recommendations of the Development Services Committee (staff) and makes recommendations to the Planning Commission or City Planner on design related matters associated with development proposals. Membership
The Committee is composed of five members. Members are appointed by the City Council for a three year term. The Committee consists of two licensed architects, one licensed landscape architect or landscape contractor and the remaining two shall have architecture, landscape, or related experience, however, are not required to be licensed. The Architectural Review Committee meets 4th Tuesdays at 3:00 p.m. in the Community Development Conference Room, first floor of Civic Center., 68700 Avenida Lalo Guerrero, 1st Floor. All meetings are open to the public and public participation is welcomed.
