CITY OF CATHEDRAL CITY
The City of Cathedral City is announcing vacancies on several Commissions/Committees with terms to begin on July 1, 2013. PLEASE SUBMIT YOUR APPLICATION AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, preferably before November 21, 2013, to the Office of the City Clerk, 68-700 Avenida Lalo Guerrero, Cathedral City, CA 92234. Applications are available at the City Hall reception desk and can be downloaded from the City’s website at www.cathedralcity.gov. For more information, please call the Office of the City Clerk at 760-770-0385. City Hall is open Monday thru Thursday; 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. PLEASE NOTE THAT CITY HALL IS CLOSED EVERY FRIDAY.
Interviews will be conducted before the City Council on December 11, 2013 during the Study Session portion of the City Council meeting after which appointments will be made.

PUBLIC ARTS COMMISSION
Meets the 2nd Monday of each month at 5:30 p.m. (October - May)
Meets the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of each month at 6:00 p.m.
PARKS AND RECREATION COMMISSION
Meets bi-monthly the 1st Tuesday of each month at 5:30 p.m. (October - May)
BOARD OF APPEALS
Meets on an as needed basis
Note: Only Cathedral City residents who are registered voters will be considered for the above vacancies, except two members of the Planning Commission (licensed architect and landscape architect) for which this requirement is waived.
