Beginning Monday, November
26, 2007 and continuing through Friday, November 30, 2007, paving will
take place on the following 10 Dream Homes’ streets:

| San Gabriel Circle between San Antonio Drive and San Diego Drive

| San Luis Rey Drive between San Gabriel Circle and San Mateo
Drive, and between Ramon Road and Mission Drive |
| Assistencia Drive |
| San Antonio Drive between San Jose Drive and San Mateo Drive
|
| San Joaquin Drive north of San Jose Drive |
| San Jose Drive |
All streets will be open to thru-traffic.
Beginning Monday, December 3, 2007 and
continuing through Friday, December 7, 2007, paving will take place on
the following eight Dream Homes’ streets:
| San Gabriel Circle between San Jose Drive and Mission Drive |
| San Antonio Drive between San Jose Drive and Mission Drive |
| Mission Drive between San Diego Drive and San Joaquin Drive |
| Santa Barbara Drive between San Antonio Drive and Mission Drive

| Mission Court |
| Laguna Court |
| San Luis Rey Drive between Ramon Road and San Gabriel Circle
